Wat ga je allemaal doen?

Lead and supervise assigned employees, including overseeing their recovery and reintegration in case of illness;
Coordinate daily work schedules, setting priorities, addressing progress, and managing any issues that require attention (internal or external);
Communicate with external suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth operations;
Monitor daily operations and implement corrective actions for errors in loading, unloading, or storage;
Ensure proper organization of the warehouse, including physical inventory management and accurate product storage;
Maintain accurate storage records and handle the reporting and return of damaged products (Wiera);
Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor on work progress, HR concerns, and employee performance evaluations;
Submit KPI reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse;
Enforce compliance with health, safety, environmental, and food safety regulation;
Manage accurate time and attendance records, including absenteeism and payroll information (XpertSuite, Velocity EHS).

Knowledge of logistics procedures and stock control systems (WMS, TMS);
MBO level 3/4 education;
Strong management skills with knowledge of leadership principles;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Familiarity with BRC standards and health & safety regulations;
Ability to consistently observe warehouse safety precautions;
Proficient in time management and multitasking;
Good command of the English language.
