You will collaborate directly with the operations management team to support them with various projects.

The July BOAT&CO

With 82 flats decorated by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, The July BOAT&CO is setting course to become a hotel to which (inter)national guests keep returning. The internship

Still with us?! Great! We'd love to take you through a typical Monday for our General Management Trainee... You start the day with a cup of coffee while attending the weekly meeting with your manager, discussing ongoing projects and those you want to pick up. Throughout the week, you work in different locations, but today you open your laptop in the lobby of BOAT&CO. While checking your emails, you notice that some colleagues are struggling with a system. Hey, here's something you can work on! You figure out what challenges your colleagues are facing and immediately come up with ideas on how to provide a better alternative.

Before lunch, you have a brief update with HR about the operational training plan you are helping to develop. Working in an organized manner is no problem for you! You enjoy lunch with your colleagues and then hop on your bike to ID Aparthotel for the Green Operations meeting. During the meeting, you learn about ongoing projects and collaborate on which initiatives are suitable for our hotel group. You love taking initiative, so after the meeting, you immediately start working on your sustainable action points. At the end of the day, you update your to-do list and join the Bootcamp!

As a General Management Trainee at The July, you will be coached by the General Manager (lead in Green Operations) of BOAT&CO hotel. Throughout your internship, you will interact with various departments and be entrusted with independent tasks.

• If you've completed a minor in sustainability, that's definitely a plus, but not a requirement!
