Wat ga je allemaal doen?

• Lead and supervise assigned employees, including overseeing their recovery and reintegration in case of illness;
• Coordinate daily work schedules, setting priorities, addressing progress, and managing any issues that require attention (internal or external);
• Communicate with external suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth operations;
• Monitor daily operations and implement corrective actions for errors in loading, unloading, or storage;
• Ensure proper organization of the warehouse, including physical inventory management and accurate product storage;
• Maintain accurate storage records and handle the reporting and return of damaged products (Wiera);
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor on work progress, HR concerns, and employee performance evaluations;
• Submit KPI reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse;
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, environmental, and food safety regulation;
• Manage accurate time and attendance records, including absenteeism and payroll information (XpertSuite, Velocity EHS).

• Knowledge of logistics procedures and stock control systems (WMS, TMS);
• MBO level 3/4 education;
• Strong management skills with knowledge of leadership principles;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Familiarity with BRC standards and health & safety regulations;
• Ability to consistently observe warehouse safety precautions;
• Proficient in time management and multitasking;
• Good command of the English language.
